Birmingham City Council has embarked a 10 year transformation plan across 9 business streams. The transformation is being put into action by Service Birmingham, a joint venture between the council and Capita.
Local Government Channel examines how the CHAMPS 2 system has been designed and used to help manage a transformation that will not only save millions of pounds, but also mean better services for the people of Birmingham.
