Local Government Channel investigate Sedgemoor's plight to resolve funding issues for a flood defence system. As an area at high risk of flooding, and designated as a Flood Zone 3 area, the government has halted all development in the previously desirable business location. As a small council Sedgemoor cannot tackle the effects of climate change without the help of others.
