Health Secretary on Devolution and the CSR
Addressing the National Children and Adult Services Conference 2010 in Manchester, Health Secretary Andrew Lansley MP tells councils they have a huge part to play in the future of public health, a responsibility to work with the NHS to bring down costs and that much of the new funding allocated to adult care in the Comprehensive Spending Review will be channeled through local authorities.
